IZMIR POINT BORNOVA HOUSING PROJECT

Point Bornova is a skyscraper located in the Bornova district of Izmir. Built at a cost of $350 million, the 50-story, 193-meter-high building includes a shopping mall and 629 residences. The total construction area is 260,000 m².

This project included the installation and commissioning of a fire detection and emergency alarm system on the residential floors and in the common areas.

Approximately 3,000 addressable devices from Mavili Elektronik and five eight-zone fire detection panels were used in the project.

The project also included smoke dampers, valve and flow switch monitoring, and relay modules.
