Comprehensive project management was undertaken for Kent Konut at the Balçık and Dilovası dumpsites. The projects meticulously planned and implemented the electrical infrastructure, lighting solutions, security systems, and IT infrastructure for the sites. This maximized both security and energy efficiency, while streamlined and sustainable information systems and operational processes were also implemented.
